Core Tasks & Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, execute and implement culinary teams operational decisions for all companies hospitality units

• Ensure efficiency & cost control by implementing operating systems for food cost and recipe management 

• Conduct weekly operational meetings with venue chef's to discuss venue-specific initiatives, issues, and solutions

• Understand the P&L for your venues and communicate financial issues to venue chef's

• Work closely with the culinary team on schedules for upcoming venue openings and closings

• Create popular and profitable menus

• Establish and develop a high-performance culinary team across to deliver outstanding hospitality and dining experience to their guest

• Provide continuous training and leadership to develop and grow team

• Train venue chef's how to use new procedures to assist them in managing their specific locations

• Nurture the culture of Enlightened Hospitality

• Train venue chef team in proper inventory controls, ordering procedures, costing analysis, and P&L interpretation

• Represent and embody our company values at all locations

• Revise and update culinary standard operating procedures related to specific stand operations through observation, tastings, and follow up with chef team. 

• Be a constant presence at assigned sites and ensure that brand integrity and hospitality are being executed at the highest level

Candidate Requirement 

• More than 10 years experience in  hotels and free standing outlets 

• Must have worked in heavy volume causal/casual fine western restaurants

• Hong Kong and/or Greater China experience is also a must requirement

• Should have managed a large culinary team in a multi-unit environment 

• Commercially astute with a full understanding of all aspects of running a kitchen
